Our Mission
Our Mission is to reach out to the world, domestically and internationally, by sharing the love of Christ with those inside and outside of our local community through actively engaging in mission opportunities. Currently, we are alternating between international and domestic trips each year.
Our trips are inter-generational trips in which we serve whatever needs there are in the community we are helping. We have assisted in Puerto Rico to help victims recover from the effects of devastating Hurricane Maria. We have also worked alongside another church in the Homewood area in Pittsburgh to help families in need.
Our Objectives
- To engage all ages in practical aspects of mission work.
- To physically support God’s church in fulfilling its mission throughout the world.
- To plant seeds of God’s love in the hearts of those we serve
- To encourage and embolden members of our body to live out the missional calling of God.
We continue every year to develop relationships and live out our objectives as we reach out into these communities to share the gospel of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. We also plan to increase our mission trips to twice a year as this ministry grows.
